    Job description

    Position Overview

    Direct Care Staff (DCS) provide support for our clients in residential treatment by assisting with the essential daily operations of the facility. Direct Care Staff work alongside the clinical treatment team to administer medications, prepare meals, provide housekeeping and assist with transportation for our clients. DCS are vital as role-models for our clients by showing a strong work ethic and positive attitude in the working environment.

    Our Restoration Treatment programs provide mental health services for adults with psychiatric needs. We offer a continuum of care to guide our clients along their journey to psychiatric recovery and stability by providing a variety of therapeutic treatments aimed to meet their individual goals. We strive to create an environment where healing and restoration can occur for all individuals.

    Qualifications

    At least 18 years old (Required)

    Valid Oregon driver’s license (Required)

    Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check (Required)

    Mental health, addictions, caregiving and/or medication administration experience (Preferred)

    Benefits and Compensation

    $18.00 Per Hour, $2.00 differential for NOC and weekend

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    Beaverton, Oregon: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

    License/Certification:

    CPR Certification (Preferred)

    Shift availability:

    Thursday-Friday-Saturday & Every Other Sunday

    8:00pm - 8:00am
