We're looking to fill an immediate opening for an experienced Agile PM with SCRUM experience for a position in the McLean, VA area. The position is in an exciting, mission-focused setting and involves working with senior leadership in a dynamic client facing role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and implement new management systems, processes and practices. _ QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:_

• demonstrated success managing IT projects in an Agile environment
• strong PM and writing skills
• proven ability to define and draft requirements in JIRA
• proven ability to define and implement new processes
• strong facilitation skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• SCRUM certification desired
