We’re hiring confident communicators and natural leaders to serve as Election Trainers for the Board of Elections during the upcoming election cycle. This is a unique, high impact opportunity where you'll train Election Judges, Logic & Accuracy (L&A) Testers, and other essential staff to ensure the voting process runs smoothly and securely.

Pay Rate: $35/hour
Schedule: Varies – Training ramps up ahead of Election Day
Must have reliable transportation multiple training sites may be involved

What You’ll Do:

• Lead in person training sessions using curriculum approved by the Maryland State Board of Elections (SBE)
• Train and onboard election workers including Judges, L&A testers, and more
• Follow structured materials (no need to create your own)
• Support classroom setup, sign in, and basic logistics
• Complete incident reports as needed using a provided format

You must be dependable, organized, and comfortable speaking in front of groups. Having your own transportation is required for this role.
