    Joe Knows Energy is hiring Field Auditors and Field Audit Supervisors to support electric distribution construction across Ohio. These roles are focused on electric utility work, evaluating overhead and underground distribution construction, safety practices, and compliance with industry standards. This is more than an auditing role. It’s an opportunity to influence field culture, elevate safety and quality, and make a measurable impact on the future of America’s energy infrastructure. At Joe Knows Energy, we are building a culture rooted in: • Accountability – owning safety, quality, and results • Collaboration – working together to solve problems and improve • Transparency – clear, honest communication in the field We also operate with a purpose-driven, Kingdom-minded approach , focused on: • Leading with integrity • Developing people, not just processes • Creating meaningful impact in the field and beyond Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough field audits of electric utility construction sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. • Evaluate both overhead and underground distribution systems, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring quality workmanship. • Collaborate with field teams to enhance safety practices, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. • Document audit findings clearly and concisely, providing actionable feedback to project teams and stakeholders. • Lead efforts to elevate field culture by promoting transparency and open communication among team members. • Work closely with supervisors to develop and implement strategies that improve construction processes and outcomes. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management, highlighting successes and areas needing attention or adjustment. Qualifications: • Experience in electric utility distribution (lineworker, foreman, inspector, safety professional, or related role). • Strong understanding of: • NESC (National Electrical Safety Code).OSHA 1910.269 (Electric Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution). • Ability to work outdoors in active construction environments. • Willingness to travel throughout Ohio. • Strong communication and documentation skills. Compensation: $45 - $65 hourly
