Key Responsibilities

Perform precision soldering under a microscope for micro-electronic components

Assemble through-hole and surface mount (SMT) components, including RF parts

Support assembly of RF and microwave electronic modules

Perform gap welding and wire bonding on specialized electronic assemblies

Read and interpret PCB layouts and electronic schematics to ensure accurate assembly

Maintain high quality standards while working independently or as part of a team

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of electronics assembly experience in a manufacturing environment

Proven ability to solder under a microscope

Experience with RF components, wire bonding, or gap welding preferred

Ability to read schematics and PCB layouts

Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills
