Electrical Assembler – Join Our Custom HVAC Manufacturing Team

Position Summary: We’re seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our shop floor team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for wiring custom HVAC units, assembling control panels, and ensuring all electrical work meets company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings

Install and connect wiring, terminal blocks, relays, sensors, and control components

Use hand tools, crimpers, drills, and measurement devices to assemble with precision

Conduct continuity checks and basic functional tests

Communicate with engineering and production teams to resolve wiring issues or design adjustments

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards

Qualifications:

Previous experience with electrical assembly or related trade work preferred

Ability to read blueprints and follow verbal and written instructions

Familiarity with basic wiring practices and electrical safety guidelines

Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
