    Title: Electrical Assembly Technician

    Shift: Day shift, Monday - Friday, with 8-hour and 10-hour shifts available

    Salary: $18-23 per hour

     

    Who we are:

    Our client is a global leader in induction heating and melting technology with a history spanning over a century. They offer a wide range of equipment and solutions for various industrial applications, including heat treating, forging, and metal melting. We are currently seeking hands-on Electrical Assemblers to join their manufacturing team.

    Electrical Assembly Technician Role:

    As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-performance power supplies and custom mechanical systems. You will use your expertise in wiring, testing, and systems assembly for a company that values precision, quality, and growth.

    Electrical Assembly Technician Responsibilities:

    • Accurately assemble electrical components, wiring, and terminals according to technical drawings and specifications

    • Install and test hydraulic and pneumatic components

    • Perform detailed testing of mechanical systems to ensure they meet customer specifications and regulatory standards

    • Work closely with engineers and assembly teams to troubleshoot and resolve system challenges

    • Modify and fabricate parts as necessary to meet unique project needs

    • Occasionally support fieldwork and off-site service calls for installation and final checks

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all safety procedures

     

    Electrical Assembly Technician Reporting Relationships:

    Candidates will report to production supervisors. This role does not have any direct reports.

    About You:

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required

    • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment

    • Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, wiring diagrams, and blueprints

    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

    • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

    • Ability to work in a standing position and use tools for the duration of the shift
