Summary: This position is a key position in achieving a high level of administrative management duties in the coordination and execution of various internal administrative and management support functions within the company. The areas of involvement include interaction with the President/CEO in managing the efficient support of various financial and logistical aspect of running the business. It includes the direct supervision of various administrative personnel who work in several departments in order to assure the smooth flow of company administrative and financial functions and company asset protection. This position will work closely with the President/CEO and the Sales and Operations Managers as the company main leadership team. Primary Responsibilities: • Work as directed to fulfill organizational responsibilities • Responsible for all monthly/quarterly and annual financial reporting • Serve as a key financial and administrative advisor to the President/CEO • Oversee and administer all general ledger, payroll and accounts payable processes • Monitor/manage bank/cash accounts to ensure that accounts are safe and funded in a timely manner • Manage the General Ledger and enter journal entries during month end close process • Perform monthly bank reconciliations • Manage accounts receivable and collections procedures and assistant • Administer all petty cash responsibilities including funds disbursement and balancing • Manage all service dept. invoicing for timeliness and correctness • Administer the company’s Profit-Sharing program • Process and disburse employee expense, on call and per diem checks • Manage purchase order reports to evaluate cash flow needs and to ensure that purchase orders are costed correctly • Prepare annual budget and oversee management of the budget • Process all quarterly tax filings and comply with reporting requirements • Work with designated CPA in the processing of all annual tax returns Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Strong organization, critical thinking, communication and creative skills • Working knowledge of MS Office software • Ability to obtain a working knowledge of the company’s Jonas and CRM software • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Excellent relationship-building skills Education: • Four (4) year college degree in Accounting or related field • Three (3) years’ experience in Management duties • Five (5) years’ experience in Accounting
