About the Role:

ACKtive Engineering Solutions LLC is looking for a talented Electrical Engineer with a focus on PCB Layout. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge electronic designs and make a real impact in a collaborative engineering environment. This position requires an active clearance.

Responsibilities:

Design, document, and develop electrical circuits for mixed-signal applications

Use Altium Designer to create circuit schematics and PCB layouts

Assist in developing hardware architectures and brainstorming solutions to challenging design requirements

Collaborate with software, RF, and mechanical engineers to optimize all areas of design

Provide technical leadership to less experienced engineers

Participate in and moderate peer reviews

Requirements:

Active TS/SCI government clearance

A minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a HDE in mixed-signal electrical design

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or a related field

A minimum of three (3) years of experience using Altium design software

Experience with designs utilizing HDI (High Density Interconnects)

Experience working within formal engineering processes (configuration management, requirements tracking, design reviews)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on lab environment
