**Position Summary **Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction of electrical systems for construction of light and heavy rail transit and tunnels.

-Educational requirements include BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience.
-Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.
-Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) required.
-4 years+ of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of large- scale projects, with competing availability, priorities, and multiple stakeholders
-Experience defining requirements and writing user stories
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.
