Wright Technical Services is supporting a manufacturing client in their search for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their Plant Engineering team. This team is vital for executing capital projects and providing engineering support for multiple divisions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

\- Collaborate to design and support industrial electrical systems.

\- Develop solutions to enhance reliability, safety, and compliance with EHS initiatives.

\- Provide technical support to reduce downtime and improve system performance.

\- Program and update PLC, VFD, and HMI systems.

\- Maintain and update National Instruments LabVIEW code.

\- Support facility projects through cross-functional teamwork.

\- Plan equipment installations in line with NEC.

\- Assist with capital cost estimates and project timelines.

\- Lead projects and mentor less experienced colleagues.

\- Manage external engineering and construction personnel for compliance.

\- Integrate systems into data collection and manage network topologies.

Qualifications:

\- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; 3+ years of experience.

\- Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical, PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.

\- Knowledge of NFPA 70, 70E, and basic networking concepts.
