Job Description
AECOM is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager (Team Lead) to be based in Denver, CO. This role is a senior leadership position within AECOM’s Buildings + Places electrical engineering practice, responsible for technical excellence, people leadership, and electrical discipline delivery across a diverse portfolio of building projects.
The Electrical Engineering Manager will lead and grow our team of electrical engineers supporting projects across commercial, science & technology, aviation, federal, industrial, and mission‑critical markets. Typical project sizes range from $5M to $500M in construction value , with opportunities to support large, complex, multidisciplinary programs.
This role is ideal for a senior electrical engineer who has served as a technical lead, project manager, or department‑level leader and is ready to formally step into team leadership, delivery ownership, and practice development responsibilities , while remaining technically engaged in electrical design.
