POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Leader, PE, to join our Gilbert, AZ, office. In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing team in the design and implementation of cutting-edge solar and battery storage projects, serving as Engineer of Record (EOR) on major renewable energy initiatives. • Integration of innovative engineering solutions
• Strategic project planning and execution for utility-scale renewable energy projects
• Development of standardized processes and best practices for engineering excellence
• Client relationships and technical consultations for complex energy projects
• Strategic Leadership: Guide team vision and technical direction
• Technical Excellence: Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) for major renewable energy projects
• Innovative Leadership: Drive technological advancement and process improvements
• Team Development: Mentor and develop engineers and future leaders
• Project Oversight: Manage complex solar and battery storage projects from conception to completion

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• Professional Engineer (PE) License
• 6+ years electrical engineering experience (2+ years in utility-scale solar/battery storage)
• 2+ years leadership experience
• Expertise in renewable energy systems and grid integration
• Pro?ciency in industry-standard software (ETAP/SKM, CYMCAP, WinIGS/CDEGS, PVsyst, SAM)
• Strong understanding of NEC, IEEE, NFPA, NERC standards
• Spanish language skills are a bonus!
