Electrical Estimator
Chanhassen, MN | Direct Hire | $100,000 – $125,000 + KPI Bonus
Konik is partnering with a rapidly growing commercial and industrial electrical contractor seeking to add an Electrical Estimator to its team. With consistent year-over-year growth, the company is expanding its estimating bandwidth to support continued momentum.

Electrical Estimator Responsibilities
- Perform complete take-offs and develop competitive cost estimates for commercial, industrial, healthcare, institutional, and public projects
- Estimate both hard bid (plan/spec) and negotiated design-build projects
- Utilize McCormick or AccuBid to prepare detailed proposals and final bid submissions
- Collaborate internally with leadership and fellow estimators for multi-level review prior to bid submission
- Support pricing of change orders on awarded projects
- Participate in design-build discussions, assisting GCs and owners with value engineering and cost guidance
- Transition awarded work to Project Management teams with clear documentation and scope alignment
Electrical Estimator Qualifications
- 3–10+ years of commercial electrical estimating experience
- Proficiency in McCormick or AccuBid (required)
- Experience estimating projects ranging from $100K to $10M+
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Field experience as an electrician or foreman strongly preferred
- Experience supporting RFIs, material take-offs, and cost tracking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume bidding environment
