    About Us: We are a leading commercial electrical contractor, delivering safe, efficient, and reliable electrical solutions across a wide range of projects. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team and help us deliver accurate, competitive, and comprehensive project estimates.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare detailed electrical cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment, and subcontracted work.
    • Review bid documents, plans, and specifications to fully understand project scope and requirements.
    • Perform take-offs from electrical plans and specifications using Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar software.
    • Ensure estimates comply with NEC and project requirements.
    • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to clarify scope and costs.
    • Review subcontractor bids and vendor quotes to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
    • Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and supporting documentation using Bidtracer.
    • Maintain estimating database to ensure up-to-date pricing information.
    • Follow-up on estimates with customers in a timely manner.
    • Develop and maintain new and existing relationships with general contractors, developers and end users.
    • Support continuous improvement in estimating procedures and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
    • Committed to continuous improvement and open to adopting and utilizing AI technologies to drive smarter, more efficient solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • 3–7 years of electrical estimating experience in commercial construction.
    • Working knowledge of electrical systems and NEC requirements.
    • Ability to work independently to produce accurate and competitive estimates.
    • Proficiency with estimating software (Accubid) and plan review tools (Bluebeam).
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Hands-on electrical field experience preferred.
    • Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet deadlines.
