About the Role:

WIRING SOLUTIONS INC is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman/Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in Stone Mountain, GA. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee electrical projects, ensuring quality and excel in a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily electrical work activities on job sites.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.

Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.

Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.

Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues on-site.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in as an electrical foreman preferred.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
