Responsibilities:

Assist electricians and technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and communication systems

Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites as needed

Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment

Support the team with wiring, conduit bending, and cable pulling tasks

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times

Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures

Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies

Requirements:

No prior electrical experience required — a willingness to learn is a must

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Basic hand and power tool knowledge is a plus

Valid driver's license preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to job site safety

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
