They are currently looking for an Electrical Industrial Supervisor for their team in Clear Brook. The Electrical Industrial Supervisor will monitor the work of Electricians, Apprentices & Helpers and provide guidance as needed. Their work requires experience and strong leadership skills. The Electrical Industrial Supervisor will use their expertise to ensure that their subordinates produce quality work.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and provide guidance to Electricians, Apprentices, and Helpers.
Utilize leadership skills and experience to ensure quality work and productivity.
Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, and maintain records.
Supervise and motivate electricians and apprentices to enhance productivity.
Track job hours and task hours assigned by project manager or upper management.
Develop conduit routing sheets and sketches.
Create conduit and wire/cable schedules.
Review shop drawings for correctness and accuracy.
Coordinate with other trades for conduit and cable tray routing.
Review and mark drawings for ceilings, walls, and floor details.
Check-in material and packages, attend jobsite meetings, and prepare internal schedules.
Maintain clean as-builts, update weekly, and track material purchases.
Assist with layout tasks, material and tooling assignments, and prepare closeout documentation.
Lead and manage a diverse workforce of over 30 electrical professionals.
Follow and uphold safety policies and procedures to ensure worksite integrity.
Be involved in high scope projects in the industrial manufacturing industry.
Qualifications:
High school diploma plus progressive work history in the Electrical field
Ability to direct and manage a team from a Foreman or Supervisory level
