A large, established manufacturing facility is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering Lead to support plant operations, reliability, and capital projects.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and execute capital and major repair projects from concept through commissioning

• Provide day-to-day E&I technical support to operations, maintenance, and utilities

• Support and improve plant power distribution and control systems (medium/low voltage, drives, protection, and controls)

• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and on-schedule project execution

• Maintain and improve engineering documentation and mentor less-experienced engineers

Ideal background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related)

• 10+ years of experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment

• Strong experience with plant power systems, instrumentation, and control systems

• Proven ability to lead projects, work cross-functionally, and support a 24/7 operating facility
