Job Summary:
Lead a team of engineers, overseeing electrical and instrumentation deliverables, and services on time, within budget, and meeting quality expectations. Requires 10+ years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering and management, with refining experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct engineers
• Review and approve deliverables
• Validate professional services and construction estimates
• Perform advanced engineering work
• Manage project controls for cost, scheduling, and quality
• Develop and administer salary plans and performance reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineering registration (preferred)
• 10+ years of relevant industrial experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering and management
• Refining experience (preferred)
