Desert Elite Electric & Construction, Inc is looking for a skilled Electrical Journeyman to join their growing team in Indio, CA. Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, or construction settings

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams

Perform conduit bending, wiring, and panel installations to code

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and equipment malfunctions

Ensure all work complies with NEC standards, local codes, and safety regulations

Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and crew members on job sites

Inspect completed work and perform quality control checks

Requirements:

Valid California Journeyman Electrician license required

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on electrical experience

Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

Experience with commercial and/or residential electrical installations

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
