Talentline Services is working with a client in the Rochester, NY area to help fill multiple direct-hire Electrical Journeyman positions for a non-union manufacturing facility. This is a full-time opportunity with a steady 1st shift Monday– Friday schedule and overtime available when the workload demands it. You'll be working hands-on with industrial electrical systems, machine builds, and plant support

An active Journeyman Card is required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems following NEC and NFPA 70E standards

• Run conduit, pull wire, and handle motor controls, VFDs/drives, power distribution, lighting, and communication systems

• Wire and support different machinery throughout plant

• Read and work from prints, schematics, and electrical drawings

• Troubleshoot electrical issues using meters and testing equipment

• Work side-by-side with engineers, programmers, and project managers to get jobs done right

• Follow all safety rules, take part in toolbox talks, and look out for unsafe conditions

• Help train and mentor less-experienced electricians when needed

What We're Looking For

• Active Electrical Journeyman Card (required)

• Experience at any skill level L1–L5

• Comfortable working in industrial and manufacturing environments

• Able to read prints and follow instructions without hand-holding

• Physically able to:

  • Work at heights and in tight spaces

  • Handle hot and cold conditions

  • Lift up to 50 lbs

• Basic computer skills and solid communication

• Willing to work overtime and occasional travel when required
