• 2+ years' experience supervising maintenance teams (Union experience a plus)
• Desire to work in a leadership role, supervising, and not as an individual contributor
• Experience with multi-voltage outages and repair
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• B.S./A.A.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferred
• Experience managing schedules, resources, and improvement plans
• Ability to work rotating shifts
