    What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll be hands-on, working with a wide range of electrical systems across asphalt plants, aggregate facilities, and related production equipment. From troubleshooting intricate issues to performing routine maintenance, your expertise keeps operations efficient, safe, and productive.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Installing and repairing electrical systems and components at industrial job sites (asphalt and aggregate plants, quarries, etc.)

    • Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, manuals, blueprints, and codes to ensure accurate, code-compliant work

    • Installing power supply wiring, conduit, and electrical panels using hand/power tools and diagnostic devices

    • Diagnosing and resolving malfunctions using test equipment, replacing damaged wiring and defective components

    • Working with advanced systems including PLCs, VFDs, soft starts, and remote-control systems

    • Occasionally diagnosing and replacing mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic components tied to electrical systems

    • Performing motor repairs, including bearing replacements and rewiring

    • Collaborating with co-workers and supervisors to monitor system health and solve problems proactively

    • Complying with all applicable safety and environmental standards (OSHA, MSHA, EPA, DNR)

    • Maintaining accurate licensure, safety credentials, and a clean driving record

    • Performing other job-related tasks as assigned

    MUST HAVE:
    • Must have 2+ years of hands-on electrical experience in industrial settings

    • Associate’s degree or technical certification in a relevant field

    • Must have Industry Experience ( asphalt and aggregate plants, quarries, etc)

    • Must have a valid Journeyman Electrician license or Master Electrician license required

    • Working knowledge of electrical theory, safety codes, and troubleshooting best practices

    • Current licensure, medical card, and a valid, insurable driving record

    • Strong communication skills with a commitment to respectful, solution-focused collaboration
