Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Louisville. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety within our facility. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.

• Work with PLCs, VFDs, and drives.

• Work up to 480.

• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with other maintenance team members to optimize facility operations.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

• Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and equipment as needed.

• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and service requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical maintenance preferred.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
• Electrical Repair
• Relay Testing

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Siemens)

Salary info:

$34 - $38 / hr
