    Position Overview

    We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this hands-on role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment to help keep operations running efficiently.

    This position works with specialized machinery used in the production of high-performance glass products. Candidates should be comfortable working around heavy materials and sharp glass while following all safety procedures.

    Pay: $22.00 and up, based on experience!

    Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems on industrial production equipment.
    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar experience preferred).
    • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
    • Assist with mechanical maintenance and equipment repairs as needed.
    • Respond quickly to production equipment issues to support continuous operations.
    • Follow all company safety policies and maintenance procedures.
    • Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment issues effectively.

    Qualifications

    • Experience performing electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
    • Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting preferred.
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
    • Industrial electrician, maintenance technician, or related trade experience is an asset.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move heavy materials.
    • Comfortable working around sharp and heavy glass products.
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and lift throughout a full shift.
