    Position Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Maintenance Technician to support our operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading complex electrical and mechanical systems. This technician will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of industrial equipment and automation systems throughout the facility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across the plant.

    • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components on a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment.

    • Install and configure PLC, HMI, and servo systems as needed for new or existing production lines.

    • Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve system faults.

    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, ladder logic, and technical documentation to accurately perform maintenance tasks and upgrades.

    • Work with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and system modifications.

    • Log all maintenance and repair activities in the system and participate in root-cause analysis for recurring issues.

    • Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and quality standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate’s degree in a technical field or vocational school training preferred.

    • A minimum of 5 years of related on-the-job experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role required.

    • Intermediate-to-advanced experience troubleshooting, installing, and setting up PLC, HMI, and servo systems, both locally and remotely.

    • Hands-on experience programming Allen Bradley 500 AB processors using RSLogix software and ControlLogix 5000 platforms.

    • Experience with Allen Bradley PanelView HMIs is highly preferred.

    • Strong understanding of control systems, including sensors, relays, VFDs, and electrical panel design.

    • Proven ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

    • Must be safety-focused with a strong attention to detail.
