Position Summary: Seeking a hands-on assembler to support production and engineering teams at a growing manufacturer specializing in electric vehicle conversions and industrial equipment for hazardous environments. This role involves disassembly, wiring, assembly, and improvement of electro-mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and wire motors, control systems, and modified vehicles
Disassemble and reassemble forklifts and components
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
Operate basic tools and light machinery (e.g., drills, presses, crimpers)
Build wiring harnesses and perform occasional PCB assembly
Provide feedback on design and process improvements
Follow production schedules and document work in digital systems (SAP, Excel)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of electro-mechanical or mechanical assembly experience
Familiarity with electrical wiring, low-voltage systems, and safety standards
Ability to work from technical drawings and color-coded schematics
Comfortable lifting and handling parts as needed
Basic computer skills; English proficiency required (Italian a plus)
Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and team-oriented attitude
Other:
Must follow safety protocols and clean work practices (5S)
Willing to work overtime as needed
ISO environment experience preferred
