About the Role:
ATANAY ELECTRIC CO is looking for a driven and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in La Habra, CA. Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field crews to maintain clear communication and project alignment
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Review electrical plans, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance
Prepare and manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
Ensure all work meets NEC codes, local regulations, and company standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of electrical industry experience.
Minimum of 3 years managing electrical projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC codes, and construction processes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Journeyman/foreman background is a plus
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical specifications.
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and change orders.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if required.
Experience with prevailing wage and public projects.
