Electrical Project Manager - Commercial Electrical - Base Salary to 125k/year - Westford, MA

• Our client, a well-established electrical contractor with 25+ years in the industry, is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical construction projects across the Greater Boston, Merrimack Valley, and Southern NH markets. The company prides itself on a collaborative culture, where the field and office work as one team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial electrical projects ranging from $200K to $10M in value.
  
• Oversee ground-up builds, fit-outs, and renovations in sectors like healthcare, research & development, multifamily, institutional, and general commercial.
  
• Read blueprints/specs, prepare submittals, and ensure delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  
• Handle change orders, purchasing, schedules of values, and progress tracking using project management tools.
  
• Interface with GCs, owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal field team

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in electrical project management, ideally with exposure to large-scale commercial work.
  
• Familiarity with Timberline and Procore preferred. Any software accepted.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 100k - 125k/year range
