We’re looking for a someone who enjoys meeting homeowners, diagnosing electrical issues, and helping them choose the best repair or upgrade option. This is a customer-facing advisor role — not heavy install work. Commission-based with strong earning potential. Licensed Journeyman Electrician preferred.
What You’ll Do
Run scheduled service appointments (no cold calling)
Diagnose electrical issues and safety concerns
Build and present good/better/best options
Explain solutions clearly and confidently
Close jobs on-site or schedule installation with our production team
Follow Mister Sparky’s standards for punctuality and professionalism
Create 5-star customer experiences every time
What You Need
Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to work independently
Integrity — we educate customers, not pressure them
Comfortable with tablets/technology (Service Titan experience is a bonus)
