We are looking for a Commercial On Site Electrical Foreman to supervise and coordinate a team of electricians and ensure the successful completion of electrical projects. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to complete projects on time and within budget.

Commercial Electrical Site Foreman Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians

Plan and layout wiring diagrams, conduit systems, and electrical panel locations

Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures

Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget

Troubleshoot electrical problems and diagnose issues

Train and mentor electricians in safety protocols and job skills

Ensure that all materials and equipment are available for projects

Monitor the work of electricians to ensure quality of work meets standards

Commercial Electrical Site Foreman

Trade School or College

5+ years of experience in electrical installation and wiring

Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role

Working knowledge of electrical codes and regulations

Able to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
