    Position Overview:

    The Electrical Technician is responsible for the installation of complex electrical lines with minimal supervision, with a focus on detail. The role requires experience in industrial device electrical installation. The technician will ensure that coating equipment is built to specifications, operates efficiently. The technician will assist in manufacturing new equipment and ensure that all electronics operate efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Install and connect Siemens PLC hardware.

    Assembly of high precision sensor circuits and vacuum systems.

    Soldering, assembly, maintenance and repair of electronic circuits.

    Assembly of mechanical, pneumatic and vacuum parts.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Technical Skills:

    Strong understanding of electrical circuit design, power electronics, and control systems, and the ability to read single line diagrams.

    Experience with PLCs, electrical circuits, and control systems.

    Experience with high-voltage systems and safety protocols.

    Experience soldering, maintenance and repair of electronic circuits a plus.

    Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

    Education and Experience:

    Associate degree or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent.

    Soft Skills:

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members.

    Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

    Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and parts (up to 50 lbs.).

    Ability to work in various environments, including manufacturing facilities, and industrial settings.

    Ability to work on-site for extended periods, often requiring travel and overnight stays
