We seeking Electrical Technicians to support the Executive Fleet program in San Antonio, TX. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to one of the most iconic aircraft in the world, ensuring the safety, reliability, and advanced capabilities. The selected candidates for this role will need to be able to support any shift assigned (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
This position is expected to last 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Key Duties:
Perform connector terminations, including shielded wires, coaxial cables, and fiber optic wiring.
Perform sealing, wrapping, bonding, tying, and closure of wire harnesses and cables in accordance with standard processes.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical orders, process specifications, and retrofit requirements to perform electrical modifications and repairs.
Use tooling assemblies and fixtures for depot-level modification and repair of electrical wiring.
Perform assembly, installation, visual inspection of physical characteristics, modification of wire bundles and electrical assemblies, and operational and quality checks of aircraft.
Troubleshoot organizational and depot maintenance level malfunctions in aircraft electrical and communication/navigation systems.
Interpret standard work instructions, charts, tables, blueprints, wire diagrams, formulas, sketches, verbal and electronic orders, job layouts, etc.
Use all equipment in accordance with established safety and operating procedures.
Perform all tasks involved in the coordination, preparation, and movement of materials and tools.
Operate riding-type electric-powered elevating equipment to accomplish work assignments.
Maintains necessary certifications, licenses, and permits as required for assigned work.

Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
This is a sensitive/safety-sensitive position and is subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing.
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance in a reasonable timeframe.
Must be able to work various shifts and/or an alternate baseline schedule that may frequently change to support mission requirements and may include weekends and holidays. Mission requirements and/or workload may require both scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
8 or more year(s) of related aircraft/aerospace experience.
Ability to pass the customer assessment during the training cycle.
Ability to understand routing instructions and handling of harnesses.
Experience performing connector terminations, including shielded wires, coaxial cables, and fiber optic wiring.
Experience performing assembly, installation, and visual inspection of physical characteristics, modification of wire bundles & electrical assemblies, operational, and quality checks of aircraft.
Experience in working with schematics, specifications, assembly drawings, and standard operating procedures.
Experience with component and wire installation, including repairing, modifying, testing, and troubleshooting new, experimental, and disturbed systems.
Experience using tooling assemblies and fixtures for depot-level modification and repair of electrical wiring.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license or similar certification/training.
Experience working on or around an executive fleet program.
Experience operating riding-type electric-powered elevating equipment to accomplish work assignments.
