Instructors are responsible for educating students through both classroom instruction and hands-on lab experiences, ensuring effective teaching practices and supporting each student’s academic growth. They are expected to manage the classroom environment and foster a positive, engaging learning atmosphere. In addition, instructors provide support, tutoring, and other assistance as needed, while consistently modeling the professional conduct, language, and behaviors expected from students.
Qualified candidates should have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Consistent demonstration of integrity and professionalism
Comfortable working in an environment focused on observation and coaching
Strong ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership, and meet deadlines
Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for problem-solving
Basic computer applications skills
Job Requirements:
High school diploma / GED or higher
Minimum 4 years’ experience in the Electrical / Electronics field
Relevant Certification Desired
