Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Electrical Working Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the service calls and ensure they progress on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate is an expert in electrical and building methods and has a proven track record of successful electrical career. Must be able to help train other employees and new hires.
Responsibilities
Manage all members of the field service team
Manage all aspects of the service work/calls
Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations
Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made
Estimate costs and keep the work within budget
Coordinate with management team and service team to ensure completion of service work
Report on progress
Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Electrician and in a Supervisory Role
Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes
Advanced knowledge of electrical/construction methods, building products, and electrical/fire/building codes
Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and construction management software
Ability to break large projects into small steps
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
