We are currently seeking a motivated 2nd–4th Year Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team. Position Summary: The Electrical Apprentice will assist licensed Journeyman and Master Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in industrial and commercial environments. This role is ideal for an apprentice with foundational field experience who is ready to expand their skills on larger, more complex projects. Responsibilities: • Install conduit systems, including EMT, PVC, rigid, and cable tray • Pull and terminate feeders and branch circuits • Assist with the installation of switchgear, panels, transformers, motor controls, and distribution equipment • Install and wire lighting systems, receptacles, and specialty equipment • Support motor control wiring, VFD installations, and equipment connections • Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and technical specifications • Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision • Maintain a clean and organized job site • Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety standards Qualifications: • 2–4 years of electrical experience in commercial and/or industrial settings • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) • Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics • Proficient with hand tools and power tools • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights or in industrial environments Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with motor controls and industrial equipment • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification will be required within 60 days of employment • Experience operating lifts or other job-site equipment Compensation: $20 - $28 hourly DOE
