Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of training and/or experience which includes having provided a basis working knowledge of electrical circuitry and practices, to include the following:
- Use of basic hand tools such as a hammer, screwdriver, pliers, tape measure, wire strippers, etc.
- Use of electrical voltage tester.
- Use of lockout/tagout equipment and procedures.
- Must be able to pass an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic Level C test.
- Must be able to work in a timely and efficient manner.
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have the ability to communicate verbally and written in English.
- Must have the ability to work shifts longer than 8 hours.
- Must be able to show up to work daily as scheduled and be on time to perform duties of the position.
- Must be able to work in various weather condition which include extreme cold and hot weather.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work from a ladder.
- Must be able to work in remote company locations/projects.
- Must have and maintain a California driver’s license and an acceptable DMV record.
- Prior electrical experience preferred.
