  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking experienced Electricians for a short-term overnight project supporting upgrades to UPS (uninterruptible power supply) and generator systems. This is an approximately one-month assignment for dependable electricians who are comfortable working in commercial or industrial environments and completing critical electrical upgrades safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to facility operations.

    Schedule: Overnight shift (expected to average 60 hour per week) 
    Project Duration: Approximately 1 month beginning around July 27th with opportunity for additional assignments thereafter depending on other client's needs 
    Employment Type: Temporary / Project-Based
    Pay: $35-48/hr, 60hr week min

    Location/Travel: You will deploy out of Northwest Arkansas and travel to various sites for the duration of the project

    Pay: Pay for experienced electricians depends on experience but ranges from $35-45/hour 

    What You’ll Do

    • Perform electrical installation, replacement, upgrade, and modification work associated with UPS and generator systems.
    • Install and terminate conduit, wire, cable, disconnects, breakers, panels, and related electrical components as directed.
    • Assist with equipment changeouts, electrical tie-ins, shutdown work, and commissioning support.
    • Read and work from electrical drawings, one-lines, blueprints, and project specifications.
    • Troubleshoot electrical connections and identify installation issues as needed.
    • Follow all site safety requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and applicable electrical codes.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area throughout the project.
    • Coordinate effectively with project supervision, other electricians, and facility personnel during overnight work.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Previous commercial or industrial electrical experience required.
    • Experience with UPS systems, generators, emergency power, critical power, switchgear, transfer switches, or electrical distribution systems is strongly preferred.
    • Ability to read electrical prints, schematics, and one-line diagrams.
    • Comfortable working overnight for the full duration of the project.
    • Valid electrical license or journeyman-level experience preferred, depending on local requirements.
    • Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and reliable attendance.
    • Ability to lift materials, work on ladders or lifts, and perform the physical duties of electrical construction work.
