Job description:
There is a fulltime daytime position available. Instructors must have clean background checks. The Electrician program prepares students for employent in residential, commercial or industrial settings. Instruction focuses on installing, maintaining and repairing electrical power, communications, lighting and control systems,. Graduates will be prepared for entry-level electrician.
Classes could vary but the following courses are taught throughout the program:
Fundamentals of Electricity, AC/DC Circuits, NEC, Residential and Commercial Wiring, Motor Controls, Equipment Maintenance and Trouble shooting, Programmable Logic Controllers, Motor Maintenance, Alternative Energy.
Instructors are giving syllabi, course outlines and all the tools necessary to step into the classroom. Instructors receive orientation and training before teaching begins. Instructors must have a minimum of three years experience in the field and an earned degree as an Electrician.
