Famous Tate is looking for a dependable Journeyman/ Third or Fourth year apprentice Electrician with a valid Journeyman Electrician license to join our team.ONLY those who have prior experience will be considered.
Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, this role requires a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork in facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
Inspect electrical systems and identify hazards or defects
Perform minor building, electrical as necessary
Implement preventative maintenance measures
Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
Perform other maintenance duties as requested
Requirements
High school diploma/GED required
Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
Clean driver’s license, NO POINTS) and experience in driving a box truck
Experienced in operating a variety of equipment Ie small hand tools
Able to work well with minimal supervision
Experience with commercial or industrial systems
Familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code)
Strong problem-solving skills
