Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential properties.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.

Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify electrical issues.

Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.

Collaborate with project managers and other trades to complete projects on time.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of electrical systems.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technologies.

Requirements:

Valid electrician's license and relevant certifications.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented demeanor.
