Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities

· Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose effectively.

· Clearly articulate labor task in CMMS.

· Will be on rotating Maintenance On-Call.

· Manage inventory levels

· Order supplies and manage vendors

Skills

· Understands low voltage electrical troubleshooting

. Able to install new hardware.

· Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both written and verbal

· Able to work alone and own projects from start to finish.

· Excellent computer skills

· Ability to work under pressure

· Must be organized and be able to multitask

Qualifications

-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
-3 years experience servicing Security Alarm systems (Fire and Burglar systems), CCTV, and Card Access systems

- Understanding how to diagnose, fix and replace equipment

- Valid Drivers License

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
