We are a residential construction company looking for a full time Electrician's helper that has 1 to 3 years experience to join our team. As an electrician's helper, you will assist the electricians with a variety of tasks, including carrying materials, cleaning work areas, and performing simple electrical tasks. They also help with troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic repairs under the supervision of a qualified electrician.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying tools and materials: They transport tools, materials, and equipment to the job site and assist with organizing the workspace.

Cleaning and maintaining work areas: Helpers keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.

Measuring and cutting materials: They measure and cut wires and conduit, often using hand tools and measuring instruments.

Basic troubleshooting: Helpers can assist with basic troubleshooting, identifying and resolving minor electrical issues.

Following safety procedures: They must adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety guidelines.

Learning and development: Helpers gain experience and training while working alongside experienced electricians, potentially progressing to apprentice or journeyman roles.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or Equivalent.

Experience in the electrical trades.

Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
