Electro Design Engineering, Inc. (EDE) is ready to offer you an opportunity to join our growing team in Tampa, Florida! Currently, we are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Riverview, Florida.

Details of Schedule:

• Full-Time, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

• Occasional Flexibility of Schedule may be Required or Allowed

Position Description:

• The Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist works directly with the Accounting and Payroll Departments to complete various weekly financial tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors

• Assist Accounting with data entry in multiple databases

• Generate periodic reports to stay on top of reconciling and aging.

• Collect revenue by reminding delinquent accounts and notifying customers of insufficient payments.

• Communicate to internal workforce to collect missing and incomplete payments.

• Additional duties as assigned.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree -OR- Associate Degree with 2+ Years Customer Service, or Related Experience.
