Job Description: Electro-Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electro-Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Siemans Drives, plastic pipe extruders, CNC machines, plastic grinders, and other manufacturing equipment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Salary: 30.00 - 35.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plastic pipe extruders, CNC machines, plastic grinders, and other manufacturing equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety.

Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.

Collaborate with the production team to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.

Proven experience as an electrical mechanic in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of Siemans Drives, plastic pipe extruders, CNC machines, plastic grinders, and related equipment.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical manuals.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
