    Location: Woodinville, WA (border of Snohomish)
    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
    Possibility of moving to 4/10’s schedule once trained and established

     

    Position Summary

    We are a medical manufacturing company seeking a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Assembler to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies, products, and systems. Soldering experience is required.

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Read work orders and schematic diagrams; follow production drawings, sample assemblies, or verbal instructions.
    • Position and align parts using jigs, fixtures, or other holding devices.
    • Crimp, stake, screw, bolt, rivet, weld, solder, cement, or press-fit parts into place.
    • Mount assembled components such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets onto chassis panels.
    • Connect component lead wires to printed circuits or route/connect wires between components, connectors, and terminals.
    • Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
    • Assemble and attach hardware (caps, clamps, knobs, switches, etc.).
    • Perform intermediate tasks such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, and color-coding.
    • Operate machines that press, shape, or wind component parts.
    • Adjust or trim materials from components to meet electrical or dimensional specifications.
    • Conduct online go/no-go testing and inspections to ensure assemblies meet production standards.

     

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • 1+ years of experience with IPC, Mil-Spec, GMP, or related assembly standards.
    • Ability to:
      • Identify electronic components.
      • Read schematic diagrams.
      • Perform thru-hole soldering.
      • Apply IPC standards fluently.
      • Perform limited inspections and pneumatic assembly.
    • Strong comprehension skills to read/interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
    • Physical requirements: Frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.

     

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Pay: $20–$24/hour DOE
    • Benefits package (eligible after 90 days, starting on the 1st of the month):
