    Overview

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team in Lake Forest, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and testing of electro-mechanical systems, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.     Responsibilities

    • Completing tasks to build from component parts the electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies
    • Completing appropriate paperwork associated with assembly orders
    • Adhering to all company operating procedures and quality requirements
    • Performing surface-mount and through hole soldering on printed circuit boards
    • Trimming, clipping, crimping, and tinning of wires and leads
    • Properly label finished products
    • Fabricate, test and troubleshoot electrical cables, Harnessed and electronic components and assemblies for High Reliability Integration
    • Harness and cable building.
    • Assemble fabrication and inspect complex box builds
    • Integration of electrical and mechanical assemblies
    • Install, mount, fasten, align and adjust parts, components, wiring and harnesses to subassemblies and assemblies using hand and small power tools
    • Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines to position, solder and clean prescribed components on printed circuit boards
    • May replace defective components and repair and overhaul older devices.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
    • IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620 and JSTD-001
    • Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a similar role.
    • 2-5 years of professional experience working with electronics down to the component level
    • Ability to assemble parts into metal enclosures
    • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
    • Ability to read and interpret mechanical work instructions, drawings and schematics.
    • Proficient with hand tools and electronic testing equipment.
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Salary info:

    $20 - $26 / hr
