    ****Position Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production assembly of high-performance camera robotic products. This role involves precision assembly of electromechanical equipment and machines, including housings, motors, gears, actuators, PCBs, and cabling.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Interpret technical documentation including blueprints, parts lists, and engineering drawings
    • Conduct pre-assembly inspection of components to identify potential flaws or imperfections
    • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensional tolerances
    • Perform soldering of electrical components according to industry standards
    • Install and secure cables and wiring per specifications
    • Apply proper torque to fasteners according to engineering requirements
    • Utilize Loctite products for component securing as specified
    • Assemble and secure units to assemblies and subassemblies with precision
    • Apply lubricants and greases to mechanical components as outlined in assembly procedures
    • Identify and report assembly issues to supervision to facilitate timely resolution
    • Apply appropriate identification markings and tags to components
    • Operate air/power hand tools and drill presses safely and effectively
    • Conduct mechanical reliability testing on assembled units
    • Perform quality inspection and functional testing of completed assemblies
    • Handle finished assemblies weighing 40-75 lbs
    • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in electronics wiring & harnessing (Required)
    • Minimum 4 years of assembly experience (Required)
    • Two years of Electro-Mechanical experience (Desired)
    • Technical certificate in related field (Plus)
    • Manufacturing and quality control experience
    • Proficiency with mechanical inspection tools
    • Experience with production tooling
    • Commitment to workplace safety protocols
    • Detail-oriented with strong quality focus
    • Competence with power tools
    • Sound decision-making abilities
