Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment
Follows electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications.
Replaces AC/DC motors.
Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of the construction, installation, operation, and troubleshooting of sophisticated circuitry and controls associated with unique projects.
Must have PLC and DC drive experience including troubleshooting.
Ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical industrial equipment.
The ability to troubleshoot AC and DC, digital and analog drives from 1/3 to 100 horsepower is required.
